Additional Information

  • Description
  • VINEYARD "Dani" in the municipality of Agliano Terme with an optimal exposure to South-East. Harvested by hand in mid-October. Calcareous marly soil. Grapes from Certified Sustainable Agriculture. WINE The best bunches, produced from old strains, are picked by hand and placed in small boxes. Careful de-stemming is followed by the maceration phase where there is contact with the skins in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature, for a period ranging from 3 to 4 weeks. After the alcoholic fermentation, the malolactic fermentation follows with a short refinement time in stainless steel tanks. In the first months of the following year the harvest, refinement begins in small oak barrels that lasts for over a year. Before it is ready, the bottles remains in the cellar for a few months in a lying down position to continue its evolution.
