Description
Exceptional harvest. The climate was favourable. The winter was very cold, the spring was moderately rainy, July and August were dry. August had two restoring rain falls on mid month. September was rainy. (the last decade was dry). The harvest was hot and dry, it began on October 3rd. Grapes were mature with a good balance between the skins and the must. The must had good colour and was rich in acidity, sugar and extract. Only grapes that come from the Estate vineyards are vinified.
