Tasting Note:
In the glass, the Amiral de Beychevelle 2013 presents a very beautiful dark garnet colour tinged with purplish reflections.

On the nose, the Amiral de Beychevelle 2013 is loaded with aromas of fresh red and black fruits coated in notes of oak, spices, vanilla and blond tobacco. After some shaking of the glass, subtle balsamic notes also appear.

Once on the palate, the Amiral de Beychevelle 2013 is very well balanced with medium acidity and a smooth, coating tannic structure. The red and black fruits evolve in the mouth, revealing timid notes of cocoa and tobacco on a finish with medium persistence.

2016:
Varietals: 58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc
Tasting Notes: The 2016 vintage confirms the refined, elegant character of Château Beychevelle’s wines. It benefits from a new dimension with a more precise, more generous structure. This is a wine of immense but controlled power, wrapped in a silky, voluptuous texture.

2017:
Varietals: 62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, 11% Cabernet Franc
Tasting Notes: 2017 has a very deep purple colour. The nose is dominated by ripe red fruit. The purity of the fruit, the finesse of the tannins and elegant oaky notes come together to offer a silky palate.
