A brilliant dark ruby color. The expressive and complex nose shows red fruit aromas and subtle oak notes. The tannins are discreet and delicately blended into a balanced and well-rounded whole. This wine is all softness and elegance, with no harshness at all on the long finish. Serve with game (pheasant, hare, duck, quail, venison), white meats, soft cheeses (Reblochon, Citeaux) and hard cheeses (Beaufort, Comt_).
